A while back, I bought a beautiful iron bottle rack wine bar holder at an auction at a very high end furniture store. I think it is about 2 1 2 to 3 feet in height and about 3 1 2 in length. Its all in black and has beautiful grapes and leaves but all in iron. A glass sits on top of the rack for wine glasses. It just does not match the inside of our NEW house. I was thinking about taking it out side under a wood porch. I will REALLY match the black patio table. I just don't know if it will rust and wonder if I should pray it with some kind of protection. How to remove wine stains from unfinished wood?
My dad has a wine refrigerator with unfinished wood inside as the holders, and an already opened wine bottle leaked over about a 3 to 4 inch section that's visible through the glass. Is there any way to bleach this out or another way to fix this? It looks like it soaked through and will be hard to get out, if it's possible. Thanks in advance for any help

I'm painting wine glasses for a charity raffle basket and I wanted some opinions!?
I'm painting 4 wine glasses for a charity raffle basket and I wanted some opinions on designs. I can't decide if I want to do 4 different designs or do them with a common theme. If I do them differently, there are more chances that people will like at least one of the glasses or have a favorite and I could include 1. an animal print glass2. polka dot glass?3. stripes glass?4. ribbons glass with different colored ribbons for various cancers which is what the charity is for all the same, I could do an animal print theme or something.. but I wouldn't get to represent a glass for what the raffle is about cancer awareness and raising money for cancer research I feel like 4 different glasses is good, but I wanted some opinions and some ideas on what to paint on them Thanks in advance thanks so much for the ideas The only thing is I am a bit unsure still about doing ONLY glasses for cancer.. but also I do want it included. haha sorry to be so complicated As far as the community ideas great idea the only thing is a lot of people are from different areas of the state but thanks again

How can i cut the stem off a wine glass?
I am trying to cut the stem off a wine glass but can't seem to find a way to do it. I bought one of those hand held tile glass cutters with the little wheel which although it scratched it but only just is no where near making it weak enough to break. I then bought a tile saw but that is not really doing the job either it has started to make a notch but the 'blade' is so wide that it's going to spoil the edges on either side. Another part of the problem i'm having is that so many wine glass stems 'flare out' as they join the bowl, making the area to get through very thick.Can anyone recommend cutting method tool that i may find work better?Thanks
